For people interested in getting started with the Hammered Dulcimer I've prepared a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) of commonly asked questions and my answers about acquiring and learning to play the dulcimer. It contains general and regional information you may find helpful, especially for people living in the New England area - give it a click...
What's New? Many of the Workshop handouts for classes I teach at dulcimer festivals are now available online
I play a 4 octave Cloud Nine 17/16/8 chromatic dulcimer (pictured at the left) made
in Ohio by Michael Allen. Previous instruments included an R.L. Tack Pro*3,
and Dusty Strings D500B and D10 models.
Please
email me if you're interested in having me perform for your event.
